Cartwright James are exclusively retained with an international Central Laboratory and Diagnostic organisation seeking a Chief Scientific Officer.

The organisation comprises a global network of laboratories throughout Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific.

As CSO you will be responsible for all scientific function developing strategies to drive innovation and growth while broadening capabilities across multiple therapeutic areas.

Profile:

• MD / PhD in Life Sciences / PharmD
• 10 years’ leadership experience in Scientific Research, Clinical Trial, IVD/CDx
• Biomarker experience desirable
• Strong scienftific, business and commercial acumen
• Regulatory experience in the context of IVD and CDx
• Excellent communicator
• Demonstrated leadership excellence and ability to make scientific and executive decisions
• Fluent in English, French / Dutch assets
