Director of Quality


Cartwright James is working in collaboration with a CDMO providing a variety of services to the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries who are now looking for a Director of Quality.

Our client is an established, innovative, mid-sized Contract Services provider that delivers globally, with a number of facilities worldwide. The position will be heading an already established Quality Team and will continue to build out the team below them.

Job Description

The Director of Quality, Regulatory Affairs will provide important strategic direction, oversight and execution of all regulatory, and quality functions within the global organisation whilst managing and expanding the team.

Selected Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with leadership team to develop a proactive approach to managing all regulatory relationships.
  • Review regulatory compliance requirements for changes including GMP’s, GLP’s, ISO9000 standards and regulations.
  • Leads Quality Assurance team and is responsible for process performance and continuous improvement of quality assurance programs.
  • Drives programs and initiatives aimed to achieve performance targets, manufacturing loss and complaint levels.
