Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to be located in New Jersey, USA. The ideal candidate will have pharmaceutical, medical device or in-vitro diagnostic experience and knowledge of lean processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all production, facilities and warehousing operations
• Delivery of APIs to customers on a global scale, increasing global customer metric
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
• Management of stakeholders, ensuring strong and timely communication, facilitate workshops and client sessions
• Improve productivity, process output and regulatory performance
• People and team development
