Remotely Based Opportunity: VP of Sales – Private Label CBD Manufacturing

I am currently representing a rapidly growing, cutting edge CBD manufacturing private label organisation based in the US. Specialising in a number of CBD infused products such as Softgels, Gummies, Skin & Face cream and Roll On, the organisation is looking to grow in size 2 fold by the end of 2020.

As a consequence of this rapid growth target, my client is looking to fill a Vice President of Sales position to be based remotely anywhere in the South West. My client is looking for a veteran hailing from such spaces as: CBD, Personal Care, Dietary Supplements and Nutraceuticals. The successful candidate must have a at least 15 years’ experience leading commercial teams within the US, with a proved track record of driving revenues from a small to large figure.

The successful candidate is expected to bring with them a broad network as well as the ability to establish and built long lasting and strong relationships throughout a number. Within this position you will be expected to act as a ‘hunter’ and ‘farmer’, bringing the ability to establish and built long lasting and strong partnerships as well as cultivating existing relationships. As Vice President you will be managing the entire commercial team with a fantastic opportunity to grow built the team as the organisation grows.

My client willing to offer a lucrative base salary and extremely generous bonus/commission schedule with longer term incentives.
