Job Title: Eastern Sales Manager US – Cardiology

Location: USA

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + bonus and Benefits

This role offers real scope for progression. Currently the VP of International Sales has been handling the territory and has great open doors with a number of distributors in the US. He has seen great success in the region and can no longer give the territory the attention that it requires to continue and maintain growth.


This VP is looking to hand over Eastern region of the US to the successful candidate. The role will include taking the company from phase one of securing and building relationships, through to phase 2 of hiring and setting up your own team of personal direct reports. This is due to a recent increase in sales because of their breakthrough products.


The role reports directly into the VP International Sales who is a very personable and enthusiastic coach who believes in creative license and freedom and is always there to trouble shoot and help.
The role will be required to;


  • Identify and contact new customers and start the selling process
  • Manage existing accounts in order for them to further order and increase the business with us.
  • Increase customer profitability and customer value
  • Recuperate lost customers
  • Gather information from customer, market, trends and competition
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Experience in sales in the Cardiology field
  • Has contacts to the major dealers (Depots) and their respective reps
  • Speaks English fluently
  • High social competence and empathy
  • Capable and willing of learning about new products and/or technologies
  • Has a drivers licence
  • Capacity to organize his work independently
  • Goal-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Is ready to travel outside the territory when requested


The goals for this new area manager that would integrate the International Team would be to:

  • Provide the needed information to the dealer’s management.
  • Once the decision is taken to work with us, visit subsidiaries and gain their support
  • Train dealer reps
  • Co-travel with dealer reps
  • Organize and participate at shows and congresses
  • Manage own budget
