I’m currently representing a hugely exciting opportunity within the Testing, Inspection and Certification space. My client is a globally leading provider of TIC Services throughout a wide range of industrial spaces. The organisation that I’m currently representing has locations throughout North & South America, Asia & Middle East, Africa & Europe.
At this point in time my client is looking to fill a Senior Sales Manager position to be based South Centrally in the US, seeking individuals who have a fantastic ability to establish relationships with a classic ‘hunter’ approach, while also holding the ability to develop and grow relationships. The successful candidate needs to have experience within market access for a number of different industries, holding the ability to spot market trends and utilise this talent to drive sales and revenues in a competitive market.
My client as it grows is looking to increase it’s focus on OPEX, moving away from a traditional Capex driven spending, subsequently they are seeking individuals who are used to this way of operating and can thrive in such an environment. Furthermore the successful candidate must have a deep understanding of TIC projects and business lifecycle as well as being politically savvy, possessing strong business acumen.
My client willing to offer a extremely generous base salary and lucrative bonus/commission schedule.
