Territory Sales Manager

Business Development

The company that we are working with is an innovator in spinal surgery. They are currently expanding their US Sales team, looking to fill a Territory Manager position in Atlanta Georgia, with responsibility for the state of Georgia.

This position will be a field based role, responsible for driving revenues, recruitment, training and supporting the surgeons and distributors you are responsible for. Goals are going to be set monthly & quarterly, aimed at driving sales objectives and recruitment plans.

Very competitive commission points offered, 25% on direct business and 7-10% through distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Build quarterly business plan and sales strategy for the area
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the distributor groups
  • Realise the training and development requirements of distributor needs
  • A proven track record of leadership and ability to drive sales team forward
  • Responsible for contracting, negotiating, and revenue expectations
  • Involved with promotional aspects with new product launches in the region
  • Support KOL events

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of sales success in their Spine product lines
  • Experience of managing indirect sales channels and a potential contact list
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable surgical techniques
  • Fully credentialed and available to attend surgery
