Cartwright James are currently representing a highly innovative cancer biomarker test development organisation. With a fantastic reputation for innovation, their portfolio comprises of multiple tests by leveraging their expertise and combining it with advanced machine learning and data analytics. The company is dedicated to offering its staff on-going career development opportunities and continual support to achieve their goals.

As a non-reimbursed and a direct to consumer test, their approach to the market is different. With huge success coming predominantly from occupational health groups, for example the fire service. Their most advanced test is the first test of its kind to combine the results of multiple cancer bio marker blood tests (from a single blood draw) and personal health data using AI algorithms to calculate a probability score for multiple types of cancer.

The preferred candidate would be based on the East coast (from North Carolina up to New York would be the ideal location). This is an excellent opportunity and exciting time to join a company that is currently growing through a rapid growth phase aggressively building out the sales team.
The role will be required to;

  • Experienced in selling into the occupational health space throughout the US
  • Implement your expertise within cancer diagnostics to further strengthen the product offering.
  • Experienced in managing 10+ sales representatives across the US.
  • Increase customer profitability and customer value
  • Gather information from customer, market, trends and competition.
  • High social competence and empathy.
  • Capable and willing of learning about new products and/or technologies.
  • Has a drivers licence.
  • Capacity to organize his work independently.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Is ready to travel outside the territory when requested.
